We are a small Brisbane florist, which means when you get in touch you are speaking directly with the people who arrange and deliver your flowers. We love hearing from customers, whether you have a question about an order, need help choosing a bouquet, or want to chat about a subscription.

Email is the best way to reach us for most enquiries. We check it regularly throughout the day and aim to reply within a few hours during business hours, and by the next morning for messages received overnight.

If your enquiry is urgent, for example a same-day question about a delivery already on its way, please call. If we cannot answer straight away (we may be arranging flowers, driving, or at the markets), leave a voicemail or send a text message and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

When we are available

We respond to messages Monday to Saturday, generally between 8am and 6pm Brisbane time. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays, though we will do our best to reply to anything urgent that comes in over the weekend.

Early mornings are our busiest time, as we are often at the Brisbane Markets selecting the freshest stems for the day's arrangements. If you call between roughly 5am and 8am and we do not pick up, that is usually why. A text or email is the surest way to reach us at that hour.

What to include in your message

To help us help you quickly, please include:

  • Your order number if your enquiry is about an existing order
  • The delivery date and recipient name if relevant
  • A clear photo if you are reporting a quality issue (within 24 hours of delivery, as per our Refund Policy)
  • The best phone number to reach you on, in case we need to clarify anything

Common enquiries

Placing an order: the easiest way is through our website, but if you would prefer to order over the phone or by email, we are happy to help.

Delivery questions: check our Shipping Policy first, as it covers our delivery zone, timing, and what happens if no one is home. If your question is not answered there, email or call us.

Subscriptions: to start, pause, or cancel a subscription, email petalogue.au@gmail.com with your name and the email address linked to your account.

Refunds and quality issues: see our Refund Policy. All quality claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery and include a photograph.

Corporate, weekly office arrangements, or events: we would love to hear from you. Email us with a few details about what you need and we will reply with options and pricing.

Where we are based

Petalogue operates from Brisbane, Queensland. We do not currently have a public storefront, but we hand-deliver across our inner-Brisbane delivery zone (suburbs within roughly a 15-minute drive of the CBD). If you would like to know whether we deliver to your suburb, just send us your postcode.
